Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide Buzz Beauty Ltd./HST Styling , including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, photos, videos and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Buzz Beauty Ltd./HST Styling shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Buzz Beauty Ltd./HST Styling and shall not be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant Buzz Beauty Ltd./HST Styling the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by Buzz Beauty Ltd./ HST Styling will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance via mail, email, or by phone will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Both Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are underway. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products we offer. Please contact customer service via our online form in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date. Return process will be provided when RMA is given. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days, upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We cannot credit shipping charges on returns.

We ship via the most efficient shipping method at the time of the purchase. Territories, except P.O. boxes. Brokerage, customs, or any other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For International orders and U.S. Military addresses please contact customer service via our online form. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and shipping. Items generally ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon where your order is destined. An e-mail message will be sent when your order ships. This e-mail will list your order number tracking number. Please retain this and reference your order number should you need to correspond with us. We currently do not offer expedited shipping services.
Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges, or value-added service charges may apply.
